Wheat Bamkuchen started its first shop in Toa Payoh in year 2010. It is the first Baumkuchen Cafe in Singapore. The Baumkuchen pastry became popular overnight. In 2011, Cool Noodles was introduced. It gained a following of health conscious customers. It proves that healthy food can be delicious too.
